Tequila Higgins hails from the Black Mecca of The South. She's a true Atlanta native - the ultimate Southern Belle, with a dash of city girl. At a young age, she had the privilege of what some may call becoming a "military brat" as her mother joined the Navy in January 1995, where she served for 20 years, which attributed to Ms. Higgins passion for traveling. For most of middle and high school, she lived in Washington State, South Texas (her second home), and was even lucky to enough to experience living abroad in South Korea for a year, which all contributed to the diversity she presently possesses.

She is a graduate of Clayton State University where she obtained her bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies with a minor in Political Science. During that time, she interned with Funderburg Law where she has assisted Attorney Funderburg with various assignments for returning and new clients in both the trademark and entertainment arenas.

Ms. Higgins is currently pursuing her master's degree in communications with a focus on public relations with the ultimate goal of becoming a publicist. Her professional background primarily consists of sales and customer service, and she utilizes all of the experience and skills learned in various places of employment to represent and communicate on behalf of Funderburg Law firm.

Ms. Higgins prides herself on being persistent, driven, ambitious, and a nurturer which are the things that she believes are woven in fabric that is authentically her. Transparency is key with her, therefore what you see if what you get.
